Peerfuse is currently under heavy development and doesn't have enough features yet to be used in a production enivronment.

Peerfuse is a peer-to-peer distributed file-system, split into two subprojects:

  • peerfuse-net - an Internet oritented filesystem to share your files with other people in the world
  • peerfuse-lan - a filesystem distributed on several computers on a LAN network

Peerfuse uses cryptographic methods to secure downloads between peers, users are authenticated with certificates ensuring the safety of your data.
